Etching resist pattern用于生成将LED芯片的光提取效率最大化的PSS(patterned sapphire substrate)结构，对此，采用imprint工艺替换 stepper工艺，拥有在stepper中难以实现的微图案的能力。提供 ICP etcher功能，使用Resist pattern在sapphire wafer上蚀刻均匀的PSS图案。

为了制造用于 Image sensor或 IR sensor 的Si lens，需要进行Si wafer etching 工艺，我们拥有通过用Si wafer 均匀地蚀刻 lens 形状的etch resist来体现透镜的Etcher工艺能力。
PR reflow工艺用于实现Micro lens形态的etch resist 图案，该工艺可以使用具备阴刻 lens 形状的mold，通过压印工艺，以单个工艺体现透镜形态的resist pattern。
